After spending a fortune on another business’s mediocre work, we were thrilled with Metro Air.  He diagnosed the problems instantly, found the most cost effective solution and educated us about what he was doing every step of the way.

In a heat wave, your crews were responsive to an A/C emergency and to my tenant’s needs.  My general contractor advises me that they made a good and efficient job of a complex installation.

Decided that this was the year for central air conditioning. I was given the name of Metropolitan HVAC in Everett  along with a few other recommendations for other companies. The owner of Metropolitan, Phil, came out and measured and gave me his suggestions for installing central air in our house which would need duct work installed because we had only baseboard heat.  I received the quote in a few days and his price was very competitive to the other companies I called. We signed the contract and were given a start date for the project of a couple of weeks.  The work crew showed up on time, were friendly, professional and answered all my questions  considering they were working in a very hot attic in June.  The crew finished in 4 days and now our house is comfortable and dry and no more noisy window units.
